Paint is the last coat and the first impression
Paint shows everything: uneven plaster, patchy joints, a rushed coat. It also takes the weather. In Dubai, external paint faces intense UV, heat, dust and humidity, so a coating that looks fine in the first year can chalk, fade, blister or peel in the third if the preparation or product was wrong.
We have repainted stained and peeling external wall panels at a Porsche service centre in Sharjah, preparing the surface properly and finishing to a clean uniform appearance. That is the standard we apply to every paint scope, from a new villa to a showroom exterior.
What we paint
- Internal walls and ceilings in villas, apartments and offices
- External facades, boundary walls and gates
- Texture, spatula and decorative coatings
- Metalwork, doors, railings and aluminium where specified
- Industrial floors and warehouse interiors with suitable coatings
- Repainting of existing buildings after repair and rectification
Preparation is the difference
Good painting is mostly preparation: cleaning, removing loose or failed coatings, repairing cracks and holes, sealing and priming, and allowing proper drying. We check moisture and substrate condition before applying coatings, because paint over damp or contaminated surfaces will fail however good the product.
Matching the system to the exposure
External surfaces need UV-resistant, breathable, weather-tolerant systems; wet areas need moisture-resistant coatings; high-traffic areas need washable finishes. We recommend products to suit the exposure, and follow your consultant's specification where one exists.
Colour and finish control
We agree colours and sheen levels on sample panels before painting, work consistently in batches to avoid colour variation, and inspect in daylight and artificial light before handover. See also our repair and rectification work.
