Parking and external works built to last
A car park is where a building meets its users. It takes the weight of vehicles, the heat of the sun and the wear of constant use, and it has to drain properly. Interlock paving is the standard answer in the UAE: durable, repairable and good looking, if the layers beneath it are built correctly.
Al Jawadri builds and rectifies interlock paving across showrooms, shopping malls, hotels, industrial sites and private residences. Our work includes the paved parking area at Barsha Mall, the car park paving at Voith, entrance paving rectification at an Audi service centre and the paved EV charging bays at an Aloft hotel.
Scope we deliver
- Interlock paving for car parks, driveways and plazas
- Excavation, sub-base preparation and compaction
- Bedding sand screeding and block laying to level and falls
- Kerbs, edge restraints and drainage interfaces
- Bay markings, stops and signage coordination
- EV charging bay preparation and civil interfaces
- Rectification: lift, reset and re-lay of failed or uneven paving
Why paving fails and how we prevent it
Most failures start below the surface: poor compaction, wrong bedding thickness, inadequate edge restraint or water getting under the blocks. We build from formation to finish layer by layer, checking levels and falls, and where paving has already failed we diagnose the cause rather than just relaying the same blocks.
Working in live environments
Many paving jobs happen where the site cannot close: a showroom entrance, a hotel drop-off, an operating factory. We phase the works, protect pedestrians and vehicles, and keep access open wherever possible.
