- Construction: piling and basements, foundations, structure, finishes and external works
- Remote reporting: regular photo and video updates and scheduled calls
- Handover: snagging, inspection and documentation, then keys
What overseas clients ask us
Most want to know three things: who is responsible, how will I see progress and how do I know the money is going into the building. We structure contracts around clear scope and milestones, report against programme and invite your representative or consultant to inspect at key stages.

A note on ownership
Foreign nationals can own freehold property in designated areas of Dubai. Your lawyer or broker should confirm eligibility and registration for your specific plot. We work with whichever professionals you choose.
