One contractor for the whole interior
Fit-out fails at the interfaces: the joiner builds to an opening the plasterer has not finished, the glass arrives before the stone floor is in, the mirror measure is taken before the tiles are laid. A single contractor who controls the sequence removes most of that friction.
We have fitted out interiors for a luxury residence in Marina, a corporate business centre in Emaar Square and a hotel bakery in Dubai, combining mirrors, shower glass, partitions, display counters and shelving. Because glass and aluminium are our own scope, the interface between joinery, glass and finishes is something we manage directly.
Interior scope
- Gypsum ceilings, bulkheads and partitions
- Joinery: wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, doors and wall panelling
- Flooring, stone and tiling
- Glass partitions, doors, shower enclosures and display counters
- Mirrors, feature walls and back-painted glass
- Painting, wallpaper and decorative finishes
- Coordination with lighting, MEP and furniture suppliers
Residential, commercial and hospitality
A villa fit-out is about detail and craftsmanship; an office fit-out is about speed, flexibility and acoustics; a showroom or restaurant is about brand and finish, often to a tight opening date. We adapt the programme and the team to the type of space, and plan work around trading or occupation where needed.
Design coordination
We work with your interior designer or architect, translating drawings into shop drawings, agreeing samples and mock-ups, and flagging buildability issues before fabrication. Where you need design support we can recommend designers.
Quality control and handover
Each space is inspected against the drawings, with snagging lists issued and closed out before handover. See our mirror works and glass partitions and shower enclosures.
