Facades that are built right the first time
A glazed facade is one of the most visible and most technically demanding parts of any building. Tolerances are tight, access is difficult, glass is heavy and the finished weather-tight envelope has to perform for decades.
Al Jawadri delivers facade glazing as part of a main-contract package or as a specialist scope, delivered by our own team. Capabilities cover structural glazing, curtain wall glazing and specialist external applications, using tempered, laminated, tinted, reflective, patterned and coated glass, with double-glazing units assembled with spacer, sealant and final integrity checks.
Facade scopes
- Curtain wall and facade glazing
- Structural glazing and specialist external applications
- Large-format villa glazing and double-height openings
- Balcony glazing and spandrel elements on residential buildings
- Double glazing units (DGU) with documented integrity checks
- Glass and aluminium packages for towers and commercial buildings
Fabrication capacity
Our facility processes glass up to 6000 x 3300 mm for cutting, laminates up to 4800 x 2440 mm and assembles insulated units up to 3300 x 2500 mm, with reported annual capacity in the range of 50,000 to 70,000 sqm. Handling equipment includes forklifts to 3 to 5 tonnes, manual lifters and glass trolleys for sheet handling up to approximately 6 m height.
Experience across building types
Our completed-project references include villas in Dubai Hills, Sobha Hartland and Al Barsha, the G+7 Moonsa Residencies and Luce Residences, and tower references at Single Business Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, 48 Burj Gate and Duniya Tower in Downtown Dubai. We approach every package the same way: verified measurements, approved drawings, controlled fabrication and clean installation.
