Project Overview
This project shows rectification works in three stages. First, an external service-centre wall with stained, peeling and rust-marked panel surfaces, accessed by mobile scaffold towers with the area cordoned for safety.
Second, active repainting: the surface prepared and a fresh coat applied panel by panel, with floor protection laid against splashes. Third, the finished elevation: even tone, crisp panel joints and no trace of the earlier staining.
Our team works in the UAE's harsh climate every day, so we plan surface preparation, coating selection and sequencing to give a finish that lasts. We serve Sharjah as well as Dubai, and regularly mobilise to automotive and commercial sites across the Emirates.
Capabilities demonstrated
- Surface survey and defect assessment
- Preparation, patching and priming
- Repainting of panelised external walls
- Scaffold access with safe cordoning
