Outdoor space is part of the house
In Dubai, the garden, pool and terrace are lived in for much of the year. They need the same planning as the interior: levels, drainage, waterproofing, services and materials that can take the sun. Treating external works as an afterthought usually means someone breaks up newly finished paving to reach a pipe.
We deliver external works within the main contract, from boundary walls and drainage to interlock paving, driveways, pool surrounds and landscaping interfaces. Our paving work includes interlock re-laying at an operating Audi service centre and civil and paving packages for commercial clients, so we understand levels, falls and finish over large areas.

Pools are engineering as well as design
A pool is a watertight concrete structure with plant, pipes, filtration, balance tanks and electrical safety requirements. It needs structural design, waterproofing, careful setting out against the villa and approvals. Plan the services before you pave
Irrigation lines, lighting cables, drainage and pool pipes are installed before paving and planting. We coordinate sleeves and ducts so future changes do not mean breaking finished surfaces.
Interlock and driveways
