Cladding that stays flat and looks right
Aluminium cladding changes the look of a building quickly, but it is unforgiving. Panels show every misalignment in the substructure, every uneven joint and every dent. The fixing system behind the panel decides whether the facade stays flat in Dubai's heat or ripples as it expands and contracts.
We install aluminium composite panels and aluminium cladding on new buildings, showrooms, canopies and fascias, and we also correct cladding that has failed. At an Audi showroom, damaged honeycomb-perforated facade panels were rectified to a clean, continuous finish; at a Porsche showroom, distorted cladding around a canopy and glazing was corrected. That experience of putting right what others got wrong informs how we install new work.
What we supply and install
- Aluminium composite panels (ACP) in solid, metallic and wood-effect finishes
- Perforated and patterned aluminium facade panels
- Solid aluminium sheet cladding, folded and fabricated to shape
- Canopy, soffit, fascia and column cladding
- Concealed sub-frames and fixing systems
- Joint sealing and edge detailing
Substructure first
The visible panel is only half the system. A straight, correctly spaced aluminium sub-frame, set out to the elevation and allowed to move, is what produces a flat facade. We survey the wall, set out the frame, and check alignment before a single panel goes on. On existing buildings we assess the substrate and fixings before proposing repair or overcladding.
Fire and façade compliance
Cladding in the UAE is subject to fire and life-safety requirements, and the core material of the panel matters. We work to your consultant's specification and the approved material, and do not substitute products. If you are unsure whether existing cladding meets current requirements, we recommend you consult your consultant and the relevant authority; we can then carry out any required replacement.
Information we need
Elevation drawings or photos, approximate areas, preferred finish, height of the work, and whether you are cladding new work or correcting an existing facade.
