The shopfront is the first impression
For a retail or hospitality unit, the shopfront does the selling before anyone steps inside. Clear sightlines, a good door, clean sealant lines and a frame in the right finish say as much about the business as the interior. Poor alignment, visible silicone or a door that drags are noticed immediately.
We supply and install glass and aluminium shopfronts for new units, refurbishments and tenant fit-outs. Our portfolio includes showroom and service-centre buildings, a business-centre fit-out and hospitality glass such as clear display counters and shelving for a hotel bakery, so we are used to premium brands, tight programmes and work inside live environments.
What a shopfront package includes
- Aluminium frames in powder-coated, anodised or bespoke finishes
- Toughened, laminated or double-glazed fixed panels
- Entrance doors: swing, sliding or frameless, with locks and closers
- Fixed display glass, glass counters and shelving
- Signage-ready fascia and transom details
- Privacy film or frost bands for compliance and comfort
Working around a live business
Shopfront work often has to happen in a short window, sometimes at night or between lease handover and opening. We agree access, hoarding and working hours in advance, pre-fabricate off site, and install quickly so the unit is secured and presentable as soon as possible.
Approvals and landlord requirements
Malls and developments usually publish shopfront guidelines covering frame colours, glass type, signage zones and fire and safety rules. We build to the approved drawing, and can help with shop drawings that your fit-out consultant or landlord needs to sign off before fabrication.
To quote your shopfront
Send the unit location, frontage width and height, any landlord guidelines or approved drawing, door requirements and the finish you want. A site photo helps us confirm access and fixing conditions.
