Who we are
This website is operated by Al Jawadri Contracting (L.L.C.), Bay View Tower, Office 1604, Business Bay, Dubai, P.O. Box 92152, United Arab Emirates (Dubai commercial licence no. 555123). We are responsible for the personal data you send us through this website. Contact: infoaljawadri@gmail.com, +971 54 373 2345.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, location, the kind of project, budget range, project details and any link to drawings you add. If you register as a vendor or subcontractor, we also receive your company details, licence and registration numbers, trade categories, capability information and contact person. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a site visit or consultation, and manage your project if you appoint us. Vendor and subcontractor data is used to assess prequalification and contact you about work. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it for us
Forms are delivered to our email by Web3Forms. The website is hosted by Netlify. Images are served by Cloudinary and Wix, fonts by Google Fonts, and the office map on the contact page by Google Maps; these services receive your IP address when the page loads. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply. Some of these providers process data outside the UAE.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted. Data for projects we carry out is kept for as long as our contractual and legal obligations require, including the ten-year structural liability period.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask us to show you, correct, delete or stop using your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email infoaljawadri@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Security
The website runs only over encrypted HTTPS, and access to enquiry emails is limited to the people who handle them.
Changes
We will update this page if the way we handle data changes, and show the new date at the top.
