- VAT registration certificate (TRN)
- Company profile with completed project list
- Dubai Municipality classification / Civil Defence approval (if applicable)
- ISO certificates: 9001, 14001, 45001 (if held)
- Insurance certificates: third-party liability and workmen's compensation
- HSE policy and safety record
- Bank reference letter
- Chamber of Commerce membership certificate
- Product catalogues, technical data sheets and approvals (suppliers)
- Bank details on company letterhead (requested after approval)
