Project Overview
Khan Villa is a bespoke modern residence in Al Barsha, with tall bronze-tinted glazing set between stone piers, dark architectural bands and glass-fronted balconies at upper level.
Large-format glass on a residence like this requires careful access planning, controlled lifting and close coordination with structural openings and adjoining finishes. The project imagery shows the facade complete, and active installation around a prominent internal void.
It is a good example of bespoke residential execution: site measurement, fabrication, handling, alignment and protection of completed works under one coordinated process.
Capabilities demonstrated
- Large-format facade glazing
- Tinted and reflective glass options
- Balcony glass and balustrades
- Safe handling and lifting around internal voids
- Protection of completed finishes
