Project Overview
On a luxury villa the glass is part of the architecture. At Sobha Hartland, clear glass balustrades line the balconies and stair areas, preserving openness, light and uninterrupted sightlines across the facade.
The visual result depends on disciplined glass alignment, clean polished edges and restrained hardware, with accurate interfaces to stone, metal and structure. Staircase glazing adds a second set of demands: glass cut to the stair rake, spigots set precisely to the nosing, and a handrail line that flows.
This work was delivered by our own team, with shop drawings, material approvals and dimensional checks completed before fabrication.
