Project Overview
Staff and labour accommodation is a practical building type with demanding requirements: repeatable room layouts, durable finishes, fast programmes and low maintenance. This three-storey block was constructed complete by Al Jawadri, from substructure through structure to façade.
The façade is finished in terrazzo, chosen for its durability and low upkeep in the UAE climate, with contrasting reveals framing each window opening and a central logo feature on the parapet line. The result is an accommodation building that looks considered rather than purely functional.
